Doctor George Brick is a board certified family practitioner who has practiced in the Brandon area for nearly 30 years. He completed undergraduate work at the University of Cincinnati, finished his medical degree at Rutgers Medical School, Piscataway, New Jersey, and residency in Family Practice at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn, Michigan, where he also served as Chief Resident. He served as chairman of the department of Family Practice at Brandon Hospital on two separate occasions, and was a recipient of "Top Family Practice Doctors" in 2004. He currently holds a position of Associate Professor of Family Practice from Florida State University. He resides in Tampa with his wife Susan, and has 2 grown sons.

Dr. Nicole Canada has been board certified in Family Practice since 2004. She graduated from Canisius College of Buffalo, New York with a dual degree in Biology and Psychology. She was accepted into medical school as a sophomore in college and went on to study at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. There she participated in the Rural Medicine Program, one of only a hand full of its kind in the county. This led to training all around rural NY State, which is where she found her passion for small town family medicine. She completed her residency training at Saint Vincent Health Center in Erie, Pennsylvania where she received numerous awards, including one for opening SV HOPE, a medical clinic for those at the Erie County homeless shelter. Dr. Canada and her family are transplants from the Western New York area and have lived in Florida for fourteen years. She was the sole practitioner at Advantage Family Care/Medicine for many years where she has developed a wonderful patient population with many generations. She looks forward to embarking on her current endeavor at Millennium Total Health with her new team and forging new patient relationships.
